100% Natural Wax
We won't lie to you - our candles are not all natural, nor are they all soy. However, our wax IS all natural - no fillers, dyes, additives, or mystery blends of wax. When you buy candles online or offline from us, you are only getting the most natural candle possible with the best quality scent.
We start with 100% soy, add a small amount of beeswax, then add fragrance oil. Since we use fragrance oil instead of essential oil, our candles are not "all natural". Before you buy candles online, read more about the facts and myths of soy candles.
No Dyes
We've been asked many times why we do not use dyes in our highly scented soy candles. The short answer - we don't see the need for it. Pure soy is very difficult to color, and we think these candles look much better without them.

Clean Burning & Highly Scented
As with most highly scented soy candles, our candles will burn clean and slow. Just as long as you burn your candles right, you will never have wax left on the jar or black soot on your jar.
Be sure to always allow your candle to burn 3-4 hours the first time it's lit, to allow the candle to burn clear across the top. In other words, the "melt pool" should be completely covering the top of the jar. This applies to any item you purchase if you buy candles online.
Handpoured & High Quality
When you buy candles online from Prairie Soy Candles, you are buying a handmade, highly scented soy candle. They are not made with machines of any kind, nor are they manufactured. We take our time to individually pour each scented candle the "old fashion way".
Since each candle you buy from us online is handmade, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. Handpoured candles take at least 2-3 days to pour and cure, plus an additional 3-4 days to ship. All customers and orders are top priority!
